As the title states it clearly wasn’t actually brand new it was just a refurbished phone packaged with the incorrect box lacking the silver edition on the retail box and had all its retail inserts removed and the box was resealed and labeled as new, how misleading and disappointing. The film that covers the screen is not the original from blackberry and doesn’t cover it all the way also the back cover film was missing as well definitely not brand new. Even the charging cable isn’t the original take a look at the photos. Honestly if you’re looking for a new phone I wouldn’t recommend or suggest this website and if you want to buy this phone in particular just look on eBay and AliExpress they sell the exact same thing for cheaper I’m very certain that’s probably where they got it from. They just resealed and called it brand new. Overall the phone itself looks decent with minor scratches on the bezel and the backlight on the keyboard keys are inconsistent where both sides of the keyboard are brighter than the middle section. Definitely a refurbished item for sure. I honestly would like a partial refund for something like this.
