Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Typically orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Some orders may exceed up to 10 business days if it is in backorder.

Shipping time and handling time are two different things.  If you pay for two day shipping you are paying for Priority 2day shipping service only. Please do not assume that your order will be shipped before our standard handling times of 3-5 business days. Paying for 2 day shipping just means during or after 3-5 business days your order will be shipped using the service you paid for.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are dependent on order volume. Shipping is free for all orders within the United States that cost at least $30 but you must select Economy Shipping.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
